My role involved creating visual resources for Kingston's progressive sustainability plan and projects. One highlight was developing the visual identity, graphic, and motion design for the "Education for Sustainability" toolkit. This toolkit was designed to empower Kingston's staff to seamlessly integrate sustainability into the curriculum, acknowledging the progress already made across the university. It included case studies, research, solutions and strategies for effective implementation across subjects. Collaborating with diverse disciplines professionals, I had the pleasure of representing various sustainable goals through different mediums, which included the development of interactive ebooks, visual identities, motion graphics and editing multiple educational videos.

This was a temporary freelance job, where I had the opportunity to work with an Audiovisual Production Company that broadcasts cultural and institutional events, in Lisbon Portugal. As a Junior Camera Operator & Camera Assistant, I helped set up portable Régies, cameras, tripods and any other equipment necessary for a smooth live transmission. Additionally, I was operating professional streaming cameras, filming events and webinars for live streaming. Also, got to learn the technicalities of directing live streaming, with various cameras and other external sources of media.

In this role, I started as a Graphic Designer Intern, mostly assisting in creating visual identity proposals for brands. After 3 months, I progressed into the role of Junior Graphic Designer, supporting and developing visual identities for brands, creating and editing design pieces for campaigns, as well as developing motion graphics for innovative concepts. I had the opportunity to liaise and engage directly with clients from different business levels: from social-supporting organizations to multinational companies, to local businesses.

I was supporting the Lead Editor with Motion Graphics and editing videos on my own for TV programmes and ads. I was introduced to video and graphic editing programs like Premiere Pro and After Effects.
