Francisco graduated from Hoosac School in Albany, New York. He attended Hoosac School after spending 11 years in Saint George School in Dominican Republic. During his time in Saint George School he started the International Baccalaureate Diploma and he was also involved in several extra curriculum activities. He was part of the Model of the United Nations (MUN) where he won several personal awards in different debates. Besides being part of the MUN, Francisco won a national business competition that lead him to a trip to Disney World in which he learned the inside of the business created by Walt Disney. Francisco was also the captain of his soccer team. After winning several soccer tournaments he was called to be part of the Dominican Soccer National Team u17 and u20.As vice-president of the class of 2014 he acquired several knowledge. As vice-president of his class he had to make monetary and managerial decision. He was in charge of making revenues for the class, which exceeded the US$45,000 in three years. Francisco left the Dominican Republic in 2013 to finish his senior year in Hoosac School. He obtained a academic and an athlete scholarship to attend to this private high school. After finishing high school, being top-10 in his class, he decided to attend to Johnson and Wales University. Francisco will be graduating in May 2018, and he plan to continue his education career by doing a master.
