» Entel (Peru): Strategic advice within its regulatory area.» ITU Peru (UN specialized agency): Member of a high-level expert group to provide strategic advice to OSIPTEL for the improvement of processes within the Supervision and Comptrolling Directorate.» Nextel (Peru): Provided advice in issues related to capacity access, interference, regulatory fees for the radio electric spectrum, QoS normative project, spectrum reordering, SMS, among others.» Senatel (Ecuador): Issued recommendations for the 3.5 Ghz band valorization for WiMax implementation.» Egemsa (Peru): Analyzed the technical and commercial conditions for the lease of an existing fiber optic physical link between Cusco and Aguas Calientes (in the Andean Mountains).» Antamina (Peru): Evaluated and issued recommendations of Telefonica´s technical-economical proposal to provide telephony and Internet throughout the Ancash region (Andean Mountains).Achievements» Engaged with over 10 high profile projects for public institutions and private companies.» I proposed regulatory changes that were accepted and applied by the Regulator, being part of the concrete efforts to promote the expansion of mobile telephony in Peru.» The advising work validated a 10-year Mining Fund social project of S/ 10.000.000. for the installation of a telco system that included 6 base stations.
