With almost fourteen years of diverse work experience, I have developed a robust skill set and a proven track record in various professional roles. My career began as a Collections Agent in a Call Center, where I honed my communication and problem-solving skills. I then transitioned to education, teaching high school mathematics and science, which allowed me to develop my instructional and leadership abilities.In addition, I have excelled as a Tier I Customer Service Representative and have successfully managed a team of twenty as a temporary Team Leader. Afterwards, I also worked at Universidad de San Carlos de Guatemala as an Teaching Assistant, overseeing Organic Chemistry laboratory practices for nearly 80 students across four sections. This role further enhanced my teaching and organizational skills.My tenure at Alorica has been particularly enriching, where I have held multiple roles, including Trainer, Team Manager, and Operations Manager. These positions have equipped me with extensive experience in team management, training, and operations.I pride myself on being highly organized, analytical, and responsible. I have an advanced level of English and proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Additionally, I possess intermediate knowledge of Power BI, coupled with proficiency in computational software and hardware.
