Key projects: - Revamp the entire in-store card acquisition strategy of one of the largest retailer groups in Brazil, including prototype of the new acquisition journey and MVP / Pilot planning phases- Card and digital account Value Proposition for the PME segment of a digital bank with 1M+ PJ customers

Consulting project manager and team leader. Key projects:- Value proposition and strategic positioning for financial products (e.g.: digital account, prepaid card, value added services) in the small business segment- Profitability and customer lifecycle analysis (Activation, Engagement and Retention) of a 10M+ cards portfolio, directly reporting to the client's Head of Cards- Debit Mastercard Processing and Operations review for a large digital bank- P&L scenario analysis for a Multicurrency Card and International Account Debit Card- PMO of credit card product roadmap execution and go-to-market (new product launch, feature development) involving multiple bank areas: Marketing, Ops, CRM, Data, Legal, Finance etc.- Segmentation and business case analysis to support card portfolio migration / lifecycle initiatives

Key projects:- Build value props for multiple payment products (e.g.: digital wallets and commercial cards)- Map processes and best practices of CRM, Performance Marketing and Product areas for a digital bank with 1M+ clients- Support a new credit card operation setup for a top-5 brazilian acquirer- PMO of credit card lifecycle marketing initiatives in a major brazilian bank- Develop internal payment industry studies to support sales efforts

Responsibilities: Plan and manage weekly club meetings; build support material for CCUFPE activities; promote the consulting culture in UFPE.
