Also I made same responsibility in co-ordination level in production site ISOVOLTA DE MÉXICO (México D.F. area).Main achievements:Creation of R+D department, unification of R+D activities and management with ISOVOLTA Group.

Responsibilities & role:• Quality and laboratory Manager: Management and coordination of department (2 people), In charge of: Quality Management System documentation, internal and external audits, laboratory, quality contacts with customers and suppliers• Technical responsible of resins and varnishes (electrical insulating): Development of new products of line, contact with suppliers and technical support to ISOVOLTA Group sales force related to these products.Main achievements:Upgrading from ISO 9002:1994 to ISO 9001:1994 expanding to other production site without Quality System certified, Updating from ISO 9001:1994 to ISO 9001:2000, Implementation of R+D and Quality control laboratory.Implementation of Quality Management System according ISO 9001:2000 in ISOVOLTA DE MÉXICO.

• Quality Manager: Maintenance of ISO 9002, Coordination of quality control, Supervision of maintenance of ISO 14001+ EMAS, quality contacts with customers and other companies of group.• Responsible of R+D of materials: R+D contacts with Universidad of Pau (France) and others Centers of research for new materials, developing new processes, and Formulation of plastics.

Visits to customers and leads, Presentations of products, and follow-up and technical advice to customers (covered area: Barcelona & Lleida provinces, and Aragon Region).
