Provide support to the Project Manager and Superintendent in the planning, management direction, project completion, client satisfaction, and financial outcome of assigned construction projects. Maintain all trackers and ensure accuracy in documents, as-builds, pre-established policies, project schedules, budgets, drawing-specifications, and procedures. Attend pre-construction, restoration meetings, and provide official project status reports, meeting minutes, etc.., as noted in contract and company policy (daily, weekly, bi-weekly, etc to upper-management. As needed, assemble a high-performance integrated project team when required, to include all stakeholders, manage communication, and manage expectations throughout the entire project. Maintain and update project construction schedule based on information provided by Project Manager. Assist field staff in scheduling and coordinating field inspections for project. Coordinate all MOT, off-duty, pre-construction, restoration, city officials' meetings where needed throughout completion of any given project.

Supervise a team of 10-15 employees for any given project. Manage day-to-day execution of project implementations. Main stakeholder in planning, tracking, documentation and status updates for the project. Coordinate with the General Contractor and Project Manager to assure that all proper notices and permits are properly filed, including but not limited to: notice of commencement, notice to proceed from the owner, all permits necessary for construction from all authorities having jurisdiction. Create project plans in accordance with project management framework standards and procedures. Identified ongoing issues and gaps within project plans to eliminate implementation issues. Responsible for keeping contract requirements, local requirements, safety and OSHA requirements as they apply to the project. Work with the Project Manager to establish continuity for the project as it pertains to design professionals, review agencies and subcontractors. Schedule and attend all jobsite meetings as required. Lead all jobsite safety and scheduling meetings. Review and understand the project budget with the Project Manager.
