-Lead New Imported Vehicles Flawless Launches Programs, according to Go To Market master timing and ensure compliance with GM and Mexican Market requirements.-Planning and Perform the Program Quality Reviews in the main stages of the program.-Rigorous Tracking for issues found during evaluations, vehicles inspections and solutions to be implemented before Start of Regular Productions.-Best practices, quick analysis, six sigma and black belt tools to find solutions and reduce the warranty claims on vehicles sold by 80%.-Cross functional team lead to share best practices and faster solutions to be implemented in global platforms with teams in countries like USA, Korea, China, Thailand, Australia, Brazil, Colombia, and Middle East.-Prepare Program Status reports for board of Directors.-Direct interaction with GM Mexico Portfolio Planning, Marketing, Engineering, Manufacturing, Purchasing, Logistic, Legal and Public Relations.-Ensure Homologation and Certification process with Engineering based on the solutions and implemented changes.-Ensure aftersales process for spare parts availability at Start Of Sales stage/Launch (spare parts for Launch, for serviceability and collision)-Service support and training for new Technologies and Vehicles-Support Aftersales NPI Service Manager to develop and provide engineering solutions and working with costumer´s issues during vehicle launch in order to prepare technical specification, engineering changes and implementations to achieve the warranty target by model.
