- To lead the department and the ticketing team. Being responsible for the design of the club’s ticketing strategies, including those regarding ticket sales and the full design of season ticket campaigns, beating the club’s all-time record in Second Division with more than 21.850 season ticket holders.- Responsible for the design and development of the structure and strategies of the Real Valladolid’s Memberships Program (Simpatizantes), created in 2022.- Responsible for the department and club’s expansion in terms of fans, searching for a wider international reach.

- Managing the delivery of all operational components of the ticketing project plan, including working closely with venues and ticketing provider to develop a detailed venue specific ticketing operations manual for all venues.- Manage commercial partner & player allocations and distribution, as well as the ticketing aspect of internal stakeholder hospitality allocations & distribution.- Assisting in the successful delivery of the ticketing operation across all venues as part of The Hundred ticketing team, as well as acting as The Hundred Ticketing point of contact for venues during the tournament.

- Working alongside the Memberships Supervisor in the management of the membership packs, organisation of the different benefits that come with them, and dealing with any unexpected events with efficiency.- Accountable for the Premier League Sponsors’ tickets, as well as International Travel Agencies tickets, and player comps, among others.- Supervising, coordinating and training the group of ticketing & membership assistants.- Dealing with Season Ticket Holders and Club Members.

- VIP Hospitality services in football stadiums, such as Wembley Stadium (FA Cup Final, Carabao Cup Final, Coldplay Concerts, Boxing fight Tyson Fury v Dillian Whyte), Stamford Bridge Stadium (Chelsea FC, at The Millennium and Partner Suites), Craven Cottage Stadium (Fulham FC, at The Cottage); worked at a regular basis during my stay in London.
