• Daily Management and production planning of the facility to serve several retailers with combined sales of $30 million per year of flowers.(3 Wal -mart distribution centers and over 200 Ingles stores)• Achieved a 20% unit cost reduction compared to 2008 by managing daily operational costs of the facility, production labor, shipping expenses, and flower inventory. • 100% accuracy and 95% satisfaction in replenishment orders for the supermarkets served by our company in the area: GA, NC, SC, TN, and AL.
