• Installation/removal of test fixtures, test components, and lab equipment as requested in the test request• Setup and operate data acquisition system to properly collect data• Identify data anomalies/errors after each test and take corrective action before next test• Setup and operate environmental conditioning chamber where required• Perform testing as per test request• Perform pre-test, test, and post-test documentation to according to Autoliv test/documentation procedures while also ensuring that customer confidentiality is maintained• Monitor Timing – assist Test Engineer and establish completion dates for each test• Participate in Autoliv’s safety practices and maintain a safe work environment• Maintain excellent 5S practices• Assist in performing routine maintenance of lab test equipment and tools• Actively participate in continuous improvement and improvement projects• Perform other duties as assigned

• Oversee 8 employees• Prepare and lead “Top 5” meetings• Work with supervisor to schedule rotation of operators using the polyvalence tools• Train GAP members according to the polyvalence system• Conduct daily station audits• Operate assembly line and associated computer system• Complete daily production logs• Provide on-the-job training to new employees • Quality assurance/quality control inspections • Follow 5S initiatives and ensure a clean working environment• Member of the safety supervisory team

• Unload raw materials, load trucks and handle associated paperwork• Introduce raw materials and chemicals to the processing equipment• Quality assurance/quality control inspections• Handle and package finished goods• Load out-going finished goods trucks and handle associated paperwork• Operate fork lift (after having obtained appropriate certification)• Aid in the repair of equipment• Follow 5S initiatives and ensure a clean working environment
