1: Oversees activities and monitors workflow to ensure all financial activities are accurately recorded.2: Issue timely and completely accurate monthly, quarterly and year-end financial reports.3: Ensures reconciliation, project revenue recognition, financial analysis, management and financial reports meet business needs and conform to corporate or regulatory requirements.4: Maintain the general ledger, chart of accounts, close process financial statement preparation.5: Monitor and track expenditures and cost with budge, calculate variances from the budget and report significant issues to management.6: Provide financial analyses as needed, in particular for project.7: Balance sheet account reconciliations. Analyze financial activity and prepare journal entries. 8: Prepare payroll related entries, PTO, bonuses, health insurance, other entries as necessary.9: Prepare fixed assets related entries for acquisition, depreciation and disposition. 10: Prepare Sales Tax filings, 1099 and 1096 Tax forms. 11: Coordinate with external CPA in the preparation of tax returns.12: Coordinate the provision of information to external auditors for the annual audit and inquiries.

1: Process month end journal entries and balance sheet account reconciliations, fixed assets, bank reconciliations,2: Oversee the accounting and finance activities of portions of the international entities for Accounts Payable functions, Bank account, financial statement Audit, Withholding and Value-Added Tax (VAT) Filing.
