Responsible for Plant San Luis Potosí, Matehuala and Collection Centers.

Working in the Mondelez supply chain finance team in Puebla Plant. Reporting directly to the Plant Controller. Co-responsible for the cost of goods manufactured (COGM) for Gum, Candy and Powdered Beverages categories for the renowned brands (Bubbaloo, Trident, Clorets, Halls, Tang), both for domestic and export markets. Accountable for 3 major activities:1. COGS variances analysis between annual contract and actual costs for export markets: - Follow up on 4 regions: WACAM, North America, Brazil and Southern Cone.2. Conversion cost variances in Puebla Plant. Ensure the efficency in cost for manufacturing costs by: - Analyzing and understanding the main variances between annual contract and actual costs. - Forecasting conversion costs within a volatile environment. - Update the standard cost of SKU's in Quarterly Basis.3. Monthly closing presentation. Report risk and opportunities to Finance Direction, as well as variances in production volume, conversion cost and operating metrics.Other Activities:Follow-up with Co-manufactures (Full Cost and fee only), inventories audit, MRO audits, write off variances, optimization projects and costing for new products.

Responsible to ensure the financial performance of 2 technologies in BMW SLP plant:- TLO (Inbound, plant, and outbound logistics costs)- Human Resources & Payroll (both at overhead level in P&L)by establishing the annual forecast (Ausplanung), and 2 major forecast in Q1 and Q3. Also conducting variation analysis on monthly basis (Rolling forecast) while identifying risks and opportunities, as well as, wroking closely with the steering department of both technologies in order to achieve plant target.Additional responsibilities:- Responsible for the analysis of actual results versus budget/forecast, and driving the attention to Logistics director and HR director, to steer target achievement.- Definition of major cost premises for personnel costs, logistics service providers, physical logistics, recruiting expenses, health & safety services, training costs.- Forecast for expat personnel expenditure.- HC deviation analysis.- Target adjustment in SAP.- Improvement of forecast accuracy: standardization of procedures, tools and reports.

Controller of SLP plant (for almond milk and co-manufacturing), responsible for the financial performance of the business unit, revenue, COGS, and profit.Accountable for the next activities:1.- To report the full profit and loss statement of the business unit on monthly basis.2.- To make horizontal and vertical analysis of the variation in Sales, Cost of Goods, and Profitability.3.- To forecast the P&L and make budgets on monthly, quarterly, semester and full year basis.4.- Standard costing for costing new products.5.- Responsible for advising the Plant Management.6.- Responsible for the implementation of internal controls, adhering strictly to corporate policies.7.- Ensure that the forecasts and budgets (operating profit, economic value added), are aligned with the strategic plans of the company, and take the necessary actions for their alignment.The business unit sales are above 510 mio MXN per year.

Administrative chief in Danone (Mexico State).Responsible for the Logistics financial performance in Mexico State distribution center, both at secondary and tertiary distribution level. 15 people on my charge.Accountable for the next activities:1.- Responsible for annual budget of 246 mio MXN (250% higher than the budget of Puebla & Apizaco). The main KPI was to ensure the ratio of cost per kilogram distributed in the modern channel and the traditional channel.2.- To assure the compliance with the processes and governance dictated by Danone.3.- To develop the annual budget for the next yearThe main achievements in this position:1.- Waste reduction by 1.5 Mio MXN only in 6 months (January-July 2017). 2.- Headcount optimization in finance in the billing area, by simplifing activities and eliminating non added value steps in the invoicing process, 50% HC reduction.

Administrative chief in Danone (Puebla and Tlaxcala).Responsible for the Logistics financial performance in Puebla regional distribution center and Tlaxcala cross dock, mainly at tertiary distribution level. 6 people on my charge, 5 in Puebla and 1 in Apizaco.Accountable for the next activities:1.- Responsible of annual budget of 96 mio MXN, in order to assure the ratio of cost per kilogram distributed in Puebla and Apizaco.2.- To assure the compliance with the processes and governance dictated by Danone.3.- To establish the annual budget.4.- Other activities including managing the procurement, development of productivity projects, cost analysis and forecasting the profitability of the supply chain whithin Puebla and Tlaxcala.At the end of 2015, I exceed my objective of productivity by delivering 4% of productivity vs the annual budget, in abosolute numbers, that represented 3.8 mio MXN in savings. I also had a 95% percentage of compliance with the governance and processes of Danone.

Responsible to develop two projects focused on training sales representatives, within the Volkswagen dealers network:1.-Forecast training needs of the sales representatives, considering the personnel turnover. Methodology, Process, and reporting defition.2.-Training needs analysis research. To identify actual training needs in the sales representatives within Mexico dealers.
