Responsible for all financial data for leased assets deployed within CEMEX USA.

Responsible for executing month-end reporting activities by providing senior management with detailed analysis on company performance as it pertains financial and operative results. Internal auditor tasked with evaluating the control environment at company sites encompassing over 60 cement plants, 1,900 ready mix plants, and 350 aggregate quarries. Additional responsibilities include conducting whistleblower investigations and Foreign Corrupt Practices Act audits. Primary custodian of both the Corporate Finance audit process encompassing all of the company’s financial transactions in capital markets, and of the Vendor Outsourcing audit process encompassing CEMEX’s outsourcing of back office activities to IBM.

Support Supply & Trading organization through monthly stewardship process. Explain variances in operational expenses vs. plan through in depth analysis of factors such as foreign exchange and overhead allocations. Perform ad hoc projects for management focusing on process improvement and historical data analysis.

Primary custodian of Global Overhead Cost Stewardship, a process that governs the flow of shared services costs down to over 100 affiliates. Coordinated efforts of three analysts to ensure alignment in the implementation of this process throughout all downstream affiliates.
