CurrentDuring the Site Execution Phase, my role involves coordinating the completion of pre-commissioning verification tasks by the Construction contractor, ensuring compliance with all disciplines. I also oversee the execution of dynamic commissioning activities, ensuring adherence to PDO's health, safety, environmental, and quality policies, as well as project-specific HSE and Quality plans.To facilitate a smooth process, I establish effective interfaces with PDO, sub-contractors, and relevant stakeholders. I actively participate in the risk review process, contributing to the identification and mitigation of potential risks.One of my key responsibilities is defining the limits of systems and sub-systems. I possess a deep understanding of the commissioning procedures for third-party supplied equipment and ensure their proper application.Furthermore, I identify opportunities to maximize onshore commissioning requirements and develop logical sequences for completing these activities. This includes providing valuable input to the development of the Completions Manual and Completions Strategy Documents.As part of my role, I identify the temporary plant and equipment necessary for commissioning the facility systems. I liaise with the procurement department and suppliers to ensure their availability and proper integration into the commissioning process.Additionally, I collaborate with the team to review the Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) requirements for new plant and equipment, ensuring compliance and optimal functionality.Overall, my role during the Site Execution Phase encompasses coordination, compliance, risk management, documentation, and equipment assessment. By fulfilling these responsibilities, I contribute to the successful commissioning of the facility while upholding the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency.
