Overview: Collaborate with new and existing customers to coordinate shipping between internally provided product packing and international distribution divisions. Consolidate information between sales, production, and distribution to ensure operations accurately anticipates needs.Selected Accomplishments:- Distribute 350M packs per year while representing 15 different customers, including 1 Key Account. Process international shipments between US, Sweden, Brazil, France, Germany, and Mexico.- Assisted in the migration from SAP Business Warehouse to SAP Business Objects, operating as Super User to guide implementation process and requisite business needs.Key Responsibilities & Contributions:- Communicate with representative or purchaser on customer side to analyze their product, packaging, and shipping needs in terms of quantities, materials, and specific delivery dates, using that information to work internally with production and distribution teams to deliver customer orders.- Determine various methods on behalf of customer to reduce order pricing, minimizing freight costs, specific quantities, shipmen methods, and various other influential factors, utilizing subject matter expertise to provide recommendations.- Obtain forecasts from key accounts signed with Tetra Pak, collaborating with productions departments to ensure adequate stock of packaging materials on hand to fulfil consignment agreement and contract structure.- Utilize SAP R/3 and APO with high level of proficiency to perform numerous tracking, forecasting, and order processing functions.- Manage rolling forecast for all Canadian customers, consolidating information from sales, production, supply chain, and distribution used by senior operations to evaluate upcoming demands and ensure adequate budget, materials, and man-power needed.

Responsible to supervise all the operations of the warehouse such as: Reception of imports, processing of Purchase Orders, invoicing, coordination of transport offices and deliveries, retirement of returns, product preparation, and contact with clients for follow up. Handling of back-order and collaboration in the design of forecast of sales. Supervised outsourced personnel. Also responsible for maintaining the controlled temperature conditions in the warehouse for pharmaceutical products.Direct report to the Manager of Operations. Strict follow-up of GMP

Supervised a team of 16 individuals to control the correct flow of materials in and out of the distribution center. Strict control of the real time distribution process with 90,000+ locations in the warehouse and 1,2 million items and garments processed daily were part of the daily routine. Other duties included warehouse auditing and inventory support to other areas.
