Manage the day to day immigration operations for Noble globally. Develop systems and procedures to improve current process and provide positive results to global operations. Manage, interpret and execute the development of Global HR Immigration and Travel policies and procedures. Co-manage a 24hr team of travel agents that supports 3400 employees worldwide. Involved in the staff management of our travel agents during an acquisition and spin off project. Responsible for an annual budget of $33MM for global airfare, hotel, rental car and annual conferences with a $12MM annual savings through airline contract negotiations. Run weekly and monthly reports through an analytics program to provide financial data for cost reduction planning. Liaise with travel management company operations and ensure contractual requirements are met. Provide training and support to all travelers and/or travel coordinators and empower them to book travel ensuring compliance to travel policy.• Advises HR International Management and Recruiting Teams on current and updated immigration policies and guidelines.• Prepare various immigrant and non-immigrant petitions and applications for submission to the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Service, such as H-1B, L-1, E-3, and TN nonimmigrant petitions and I-140 immigrant petitions.• Prepare supporting applications for submission to the U.S. Department of Labor, including LC-PERMs and Labor Condition Applications.
