Américas Delivery Manager
CurrentAs Americas Delivery Manager at Innovatrics, I am resposible to ensure that products and services are delivered to customers in the Americas region on time, within budget, and to a high standard of quality. This involves managing the delivery process from start to finish, including identifying and mitigating risks, allocating and managing resources, and working with cross-functional teams to ensure that all aspects of the delivery are coordinated and aligned. The Regional delivery manager is also responsible for managing customer relationships and ensuring that customer expectations are met, not only during project but also during support after project delivered.
