Responsible for overall management and administration of the owner relations, service agreement contracts, with focus on maintaining long-term business relationships by keeping communication lines open and providing responses to inquiries in a quick and professional manner regarding Income Producing Properties in the Central Florida Area.To sustain a clear understanding between property management and property owners, to educate owners on various guidelines of Florida Tenancy Laws. While also engaging in contract negations with property owners to ensure their companies secure sound business deals.• Maintain positive relationships with owners and provide any necessary assistance.• Maintain accurate files for rental management agreements, tax forms, and other necessary documents.• Work closely with property management as well as direct the Owner Services team in satisfying owner requests and resolving client issues.• Maintain effective communication with other departments and provide support when necessary.• Assist Property Managers with owner challenges.Assist our Broker with International and Domestic marketing efforts to capture and recognize business opportunities in the Central Florida Area.
