5/2011 – Present Consultant with Kings County Hospital Center Brooklyn, NY Windows7 Migration Team Provide software/hardware support to nurses, doctors and other clinicians in Kings County Hospital for various software such as Q-CPR, IMSURE, and DICOM Router Responsible for USMT, backup and restore user profiles for Windows7 Migration Team. Creating package, images and pushing applications with SCCM 2007.  Provide access control and management of virtual desktops, physical desktops and Terminal Server sessions with Leostream Connection Broker – VDI management Solutions Responsible for the maintenance of critical updates and antivirus patches. Diagnose and resolve computer hardware equipment failures. Assign, track, troubleshoot and escalate end user tickets through the use of Remedy.  Manage relationship with vendors to ensure warranties and service. Organize and manage all computer rollouts. Create and maintain inventory reports. Repair and rebuild computers to place back into the field.
