COMPLETIONS G500 & G600 DEPARTMENTAIRCRAFT TEAM (DIAGRAMS & HARNESESS)Responsible of updated and create new Electrical Harnesses and Wiring Diagrams. Reviewing aircraft configuration, cabin design and complying costumer/buyer requirement. Participating closely with Mechanical Designers to guaranty the successfully functionality between Mechanical and Electrical information. Collaborating closely with manufacturing and installation specialist teams as required.Provide input for schedule, budget, targets and tasks status, on daily meetings with local and international staff, in line with keep priorities and successfully delivering. WIRING DIAGRAMS (AUTOCAD)Create new wiring diagrams on AutoCAD, based on the research and analysis of engineering requirements (IDD, SPEC, BOM, BLM, etc.) for assigned aircraft.BASELINE TRAINING (AUTOCAD, DIAGRAMS & HARNESESS)Part of team in charge of design and provide oral/written training for new members. As well as make designs to different projects for department objectives, keeping continuous improvement.Part of the trainer’s teams in charge of the formation for all new integrant of the electric staff.

Responsible for planning, requesting, and supplying human and material resources required, for an uninterrupted production. Coordination and designation of daily operations, processes and activities, required to complete the production objectives effectively and efficiently. Resolve manufacturing problems analyzing failures, causes and performing solutions. Participate on daily general and main activities.

Engineering work in operations, production, maintenance and standards procedures under Lead supervision. Part of the problem-solving and failure prevention meetings, proposing and providing support activities that affect the product quality, and production line efficiency.

Administrative assistant in charge of inventory of mechanical materials, tools and department data. Provide support with engineer drawings for mechanical parts as well as studies and investigations with production data used for statistics, historical and reports needed for a better department administration. Administrative support, in hiring and interviewing process for new talents.
