- Successfully commissioned ICODOS' pilot plant by overcoming the complexities of integrating our novel hybrid process for CO2 capture and methanol synthesis into full the Power-to-Methanol technology system, including advanced electrolysis, distillation, and intermediate storages, which resulted in the creation of the world's fi rst fully integrated, automated, and dynamically operated e-methanol plant- Secured over EUR 15 million in public funding with more than EUR 4 million directly allocated to ICODOS' technology development through participation in two Horizon Europe projects and one German national funded project- Led the scale-up activities for the demonstration and fi rst commercial ICODOS plant by ensuring the technology transfer from Karlsruhe Institute of Technology and incorporating the know-how and developments from laboratory and pilot operations to achieve superior energy and material effi ciency far beyond conventional industry benchmarks- Developed a holistic research and development roadmap for ICODOS' technology advancements and intellectual property expansion

- Managed the EU-funded KEROGREEN project, advancing Power-to-X technology for sustainable aviation fuel production- Led the process development for modular Power-to-X plant scale-up within the Kopernikus project- Successfully secured public funding for advanced methanol synthesis research, resulting in the development of ICODOS' pilot plant and the company's spin-off from KIT
