With better-controlled risks and more efficient processes we are setting great conditions to improve the experience of our users and clients. I have worked for over 4 years in Citi Global Consumer Banking, creating from the scratch the control environment for one of the most important financial inclusion strategies for Citi-Banamex, the Non-Banking Agents or In Store Branches Network (Corresponsales Bancarios).My team results: The incorporation of OXXO, Telcel, Casa Ley and Chedraui as “Corresponsales Bancarios”; representing an increase of 10 times the size of the network (18K branches) and increasing 20 times the traditional banking transactions volume which were operating before 2012. We have presented this scheme to all Global Corporate Committees, exposing the benefits of giving closer banking services to more people. I am graduated from Business Economics, Banking and Finance Masters; with expertise in risk, control and strategic planning within consumer banking segments. I have experience in financial analysis for insurance and reinsurance sectors. I started a business and love running. My strengths include holistic view of business and processes enhancement with creativity.
