As a New Accounts Representative for a local credit union, I made a point to get to know my members, as well as work to actively stay up-to-date on all relevant policies, procedures, and programs. Combined, I had a personal connection and could provide the best service, in a friendly and courteous manner. This in turn grew my own sense of community and brought our members a level of trust not always common at other financial institutions. My three years of experience had me grow from a Teller, to a New Accounts Representative, and finally to a Senior New Accounts Representative with supervisory duties. I enjoy the opportunity to continue to learn and train.In addition to ensuring excellent customer service, I prided myself on being a dependable team mate who would assist fellow employees with their transactions, provide quick and discreet communications to aid in their everyday work, and assisted in extra duties to ensure the branch ran seamlessly.I've moved to Pierce County Washington and I'm seeking a new institution where I can assist people with their finances, and foster relationships with my community.
