Soy Francisco Acuña, gerente de experiencia de cliente (CX) con más de 10 años de experiencia en Ipsos, una de las empresas líderes en investigación de mercados a nivel mundial. Mi misión es contribuir a que las marcas creen y transformen las experiencias de sus clientes, logrando así el retorno de la inversión en cada iniciativa que desarrollan. Actualmente, soy el responsable de la línea de servicio de CX en Latinoamérica, donde lidero un equipo dedicado a la investigación, la tecnología, el análisis y la asesoría en CX para clientes de diversos sectores, como telecomunicaciones, servicios financieros, retail y automotriz.En mi rol, aplico mis conocimientos y habilidades en redes sociales, tecnología de clase mundial en CX Management, análisis de datos y medición de lealtad de clientes, para diseñar e implementar programas de CX que generen valor e impacto en las organizaciones. También soy un creador de contenido y expositor sobre CX, compartiendo mi visión y experiencia con diferentes audiencias. En el ámbito académico, soy MBA de la Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, motivado en buena medida por el objetivo de ampliar mi formación y competencias en administración y gestión de negocios. Me motiva constantemente aprender, innovar y colaborar con otros profesionales para mejorar la experiencia de cliente en el mercado.
