Professional with more than 25 years of experience in process and automation engineering for the Food & Beverage sector, currently focused on improving the productivity and efficiency of Processing and Packaging engineering, including automation engineering, in projects within EMEA; through processes and tools.Most of my professional career has been in industrial automation. I was Automation Manager in the Iberian market for 8 years. Later I expanded my work in the Southern Europe area as Automation Leader. Later, I developed a more business-focused job as Automation Business Driver in the same area.During the development of my professional career, I have played different positionsand roles. Vital was the negotiation and creation of contracts with more than 4 resource companies.▶️ ɪᴍᴘʟᴇᴍᴇɴᴛᴀᴛɪᴏɴ ᴀɴᴅ sᴛᴀɴᴅᴀʀᴅɪᴢᴀᴛɪᴏɴ ᴏғ ɢʟᴏʙᴀʟ ᴀᴜᴛᴏᴍᴀᴛɪᴏɴ ʟɪʙʀᴀʀɪᴇs.Since 2006 all new projects have been developed with the group standard (Tetra Pak Plant Master®). This allowed the exchange of engineers in Southern Europe and a better quality of the applications with the possibility of having worldwide support. In addition, Spain developed one of the automation platforms with 2 people for 1 year in Lund, Sweden; this platform was used in more than 25 projects worldwide.▶️ ᴘʀᴏᴅᴜᴄᴛɪᴠɪᴛʏ ɪᴍᴘʀᴏᴠᴇᴍᴇɴᴛ ɪɴ ᴛʜᴇ ᴀʀᴇᴀ ᴏғ ᴇᴜʀᴏᴘᴇ ᴀɴᴅ ᴄᴇɴᴛʀᴀʟ ᴀsɪᴀ.Productivity ratios in automation were improved from 8-10 h/IO to 5 h/IO, then coupled with process engineering and improved to values close to 2.5 h/IO through the use of productivity tools, reusable designs and well-defined processes.▶️ LEADERSHIP OF ISA SPAINMaintenance as the third largest ISA section in terms of worldwide membership out of 80 members and first in the EMEA region.
