Tasks entail recruiting potential specialist under the new department regulations & policies, providing direct supervision to a team of 15 individuals, and supporting the delivery of services to youth and families. Development and implementation of tools monitoring KPIs, forecasting revenue, and lowering department costs have become areas of expertise. With the programmatic changes, I've been given the opportunity to market the program in a way benefiting all stakeholders.

Provide direct supervision and support to those delivering services to youth and families enrolled in the Bridges to Health program. This innovative community-based wrap-around service supports the health and well-being of children in the foster care system, along with those exiting the juvenal detention system, and is intends to prevent institutional placement or hospitalization of those enrolled.

Strategically advocate for youth in the Bridges to Health Program, while conducting team meetings in order to produce Individualized Health Plans that fit each youth’s needs.Serve as the point of contact for each youth on my caseload, while managing the teams assigned to them in order to adequately assist the youth and their families.Specialize in delivering services to The Division of Juvenile Justice and Opportunities for Youth (DJJOY)population.Family reunification, youth graduation from the program, and sending a youth to college have been a few of the success stories through my career.Coordinate numerous activities for youth and their families to learn and grow from, such as college tours and holiday events, while involving local community resources.Take upon duties other then those in job description, such as supervising Interns in association with Mount Saint Mary College & Walden University.

Conduct research, develop lesson plans, and deliver functional sessions to immigrant families. Sessions range from refining parenting skills, and conflict resolution to goal-setting and story writing/short films with their children. While I was brought on board to facilitate sessions with these immigrant families who have been identified as needing community assistance, I currently facilitate both Pipeline Scholars groups.Families within this group have also had the opportunity to participate in the Family-Police Initiative, which I also facilitate.

Borrowing the fundamental parts of the Youth Police Initiative (YPI), I co-developed a dynamic program involving immigrants and police officers in Mount Kisco, NY. Working alongside Neighbor's Link, the location which hosted this sessions, all parties involved benefited from developing a greater understanding of each other, while promoting a safer, more understanding community.Meet with up to 15 immigrant families and 4-6 police officers during the six week course to discuss current stigmas associated between both parties, and develop ways of realizing how their cooperation and appropriate coexistence benefits their community. Supervisory duties within the program development team include providing valuable insight into engagement and retention of Latino families, program structure and progression, and networking with local authorities and businesses.

Own and operate half of the out-of-home business, as a self-employed cupcake specialist. I conduct business to business, and business to customer sales utilizing social media and face to face encounters. Had the pleasure of facilitating the business' largest sale of 500 cupcakes.

Providing case management to 35 intellectually disabled individuals, while monitoring most aspects of their lives, such as services provided to them, education, employment, and future opportunities. As a Medicaid Service Coordinator, it was my job to ensure these individuals received the best service possible from those who interacted with them.
