Futuraplans LLC is an innovative educational platform I established to simplify business planning for aspiring entrepreneurs through AI-driven tools and courses. I develop the curriculum and create advanced tools and Excel models that integrate AI to streamline strategic planning and enhance decision making. My approach makes complex business concepts accessible, equipping entrepreneurs with the skills necessary to launch and sustain successful ventures. This initiative has empowered a new generation of business owners by providing practical, actionable insights.

I spearheaded the development of the Rescue Me app, managing its journey from concept to market. This involved conducting market research, developing a detailed business plan, designing functionalities, and assembling an IT team. My responsibilities also included overseeing budgeting and scenario planning. I maintained weekly collaborations with the development team and managed external engagements for fundraising, marketing, and legal compliance, driving the project toward operational success.

Project Manager role in regulatory, risk, and business projects within the group, worldwide entities: Managed many projects, end-to-end, to implement European, Swiss, and Luxembourgish regulations requirements within the group. Monitored regulations’ stages before the application date. Organized multiple meetings with peers to align regulations’ understanding. Assessed impacts and gaps. Managed a project, end-to-end to reorganize the group risk framework. Initiated and planned the group ESG project before implementation. For all projects, I created project teams from different entities, departments, and functions worldwide (Private Banking, Asset Management, Asset Services). Defined work packages and work structuration. Onboarded stakeholders and enhanced their contribution. Established governance, budget, risk management, and schedule. Created reporting kits and hosted regular meetings with top management. Made the link between regulatory requirements, business expectations and IT teams to maximize value on final delivery. Ensured good communication and change management to operations.

Managed to set up the new Group Regulatory Office within the group, by rethinking and implementing new models of regulatory watch and lobbying activities for Pictet Group’s business lines and entities worldwide. Created reporting kits and hosted regular meetings with top management. Worked as Product Owner and collaborated with IT teams to deliver the Regulatory Watch System. Participated in many meetings in Brussels, Zurich, and London representing the group in lobbying associations.

Business Analyst role in the Enterprise Data Management program (Agile methodology): Monitored program’s progress and created dashboards with the software Tableau for top management reporting. Designed dataset models (static, equity, bonds, ESG, and more) extracted from external data providers (Bloomberg, Eikon, Sustainalytics, and more) to feed the EDM hub and underlying systems (trading, portfolio management, tax management, and more). Collaborated with IT teams for development and test management through Jira software.

Managed the organization of diverse types of IBM events by finding the most interesting subjects matter for our market. Onboarded expert speakers, sent and monitored clients’ invitations and participation. Found the most appropriate places to host events and created agendas and support kits. Managed to extend the visibility of IBM’s solutions and products by participating in partners’ events, collaborating with IBM Digital Marketing teams, and creating regular workshops for clients and business partners. Created new business opportunities by following up with clients after events. Assisted business partners and distributors by providing expertise on products and solutions. Provided benchmarking on competitors’ solutions and products.
