Goals: Being part of the construction of a new Amazon Fulfillment Center from the ground up. Overseeing the deployment of the telecommunication infrastructure (cabling, access point, data drops, cameras, end user equipment) and ensuring adherence to company specifications and quality. Member of a team responsible for supporting over 100 sites across Spain, improving and standardizing processes and documenting best practices to help other teams implement them efficiently. Enhancing resolution time, SLA and user satisfaction. Configured and deployed network equipment (firewalls, routers and switches) and server (OS, services and console access) in the main data center room and distribution points. Developed scripts and tools (Python & Pandas) to automate network checks and generate reports in seconds, streamlining the monitoring and reporting process.

I led the implementation of a major retrofit program that replaced the core network stack and CCTV servers, bringing the infrastructure up to Amazon's new standards. I utilized monitoring tools to supervise the status and availability of the network infrastructure and servers at An Amazon Fulfillment Center. I effectively solved incidents, ensuring the operational continuity of the center, and performed preventive maintenance work. I created actual and updated documentation of the network equipment, servers, and devices that were deployed, helping the team identify and solve problems and improving troubleshooting process efficiency.
