One thing I’ve learned in my experience is that in business we must always be prepared for the ever-changing variables that we will most certainly face. It is for this reason that I’ve always welcomed new challenges with a positive attitude and as learning opportunities. I believe that in order to succeed in this industry one must form strong relationships with co-workers and clients alike. A few of the skills that I’ve found to be imperative in my career are teamwork, adaptability and the ability to learn and make decisions on the fly. In my 5+ years of experience I’ve had the opportunity to work on major companies where I applied and strengthen these skills while developing and executing multi-day training programs for travel agents in the Latin American market, worked with multiple department heads and coordinate every phase of each program from its conception all through to execution. Most recently in the last year I’ve been strengthening relationships with my company’s high end clients by focusing my efforts on the clients that comply with the 80-20 rule. I am very passionate about working as part of a team and learning as much as I can from mentors and professionals with great life experiences while hoping to contribute to their lives as well. I’ve been very fortunate to work in great places where I’ve had the chance to accomplish just that. I am constantly looking for challenges that will force me to level up in both my life and career and hopefully use these experiences to make a positive impact on society.
