I am a sports enthusiast who lives in Belo Horizonte. I lived most of my childhood and adolescence in clubs, playing a variety of sports. This experience led me to pursue a career in sports and to study Psychology and Physical Education. I became a Coach and specialized in Sports Training, giving emphasis to the area of ​​​​Sport Psychology. From 2003 to 2012 I worked as a teacher, coach, consultant and manager, accumulating experience in tennis players advisory at national and international tournaments; coordinating player development programs, in addition to i was involved in talent detection projects in tennis and football. In 2012 I specialized in People Management and decided to work with the Human and Organizational Development area, trying to dedicate myself to Talent Management programs. Since then, my focus has been on advising athletes and organizations in the process of career management and sports projects. But from 2020 I had the privilege of "landing" in the electronic games market, to work with one of the most talented influencers in the Brazilian Gamer scene. I became Manager of Nino "Ninext" Pavolini , managing his career and projects in the areas of digital content, influence marketing and e-sports competitions. Since 2022, I have been positioning myself as an intermediary in the relationship between Influencers, Youtubers and Gamers with the Football market, seeking to explore the possibilities in content, activations and campaigns that arise from the collaboration between these two markets.
