Partened with Instituto Superior Técnico, I developed my master thesis to study a use case with the goal of reducing natural gas consumption in the natural gas utility infrastructure of Portugal.

Co-founded an NGO focused on Mental Health, launching a pilot project to teach emotional intelligence to children in schools. In this project, a curriculum created by a Columbia University alumnus is being implemented in a local portuguese community in Lisbon, alongside other education tools such as meditation and Montessori pedagogy.This initiative is now active in 3 schools, reaching up to 50 pupils.Main skills developed:• Demonstrated strong leadership by effectively directing the project, managing team members (4 teachers, 3 education partners, 1 curriculum specialist, volunteers) and guiding the organization towards its goals.• Improved interpersonal and social skills through adapting to diverse work styles and effectively communicating with stakeholders.• Enhanced networking capabilities, by securing partnerships with local parish councils and other organizations, resulting in the growth and expansion of the project through successful pitching and presentation of the project.
