Leading the development of big and complex projects with different technologies such as Solar, Wind, Biomass, Oil & Gas (cogeneration, combined/ simple cycles, thermal plants) and cement industry, either as technological supplier or EPC integrator, establishing appropriate business models and strategic alliances. Reporting to Soitec Solar VP Business Responsible for Latin America, Middle East and Asia Pacific, Francisco, as Sales and Business Development Director, is performing all those activities for business development and commercial leadership. Mainly focused in Latin America Market, creating a potential portfolio of more than 300 MW for CPV technology. Francisco was partner in Infrends, a start up consulting firm specialized in assets transactions deals through an internet platform in the renewable sector. Previously he worked in multinational companies (Gamesa Eolica, Alstom Power, FLSmidth, Isolux Corsan and Powertec) leading multi-disciplinary and international teams, getting wide experience in business plans, engineering, suppliers, logistics, services, O&M, risk analysis, financial and legal activities for complex project development.Francisco spent more than 5 years in the EPC business, as Project Director for Cogeneration Power Plants, supplying executed projects in a Turn Key basis.Francisco received his M.S degree in Engineering from UPM, his MBA from IDE CESEM and the Advance Specialization Program in Finance and Investment by IEB.
