Comunidades Organizando el Poder y la Acción Latina (or COPAL) emerged as a new movement that pursues to collectively build the power and vision of Latinos across Minnesota to shape the possibilities of a greater future. Though COPAL is our new name, the people involved in the organization have a significant number of years of experience as agents of social change pursuing to impact of lives of Latinos in Minnesota. Our leadership is committed to building a long and lasting relationship with other organizations and individuals, guided by principles of respect and unity.
