My responsibilities included:-Big Data and Analytics focus: definition of data and analytics technical agenda and translating it into broad government plans that can be widely understood, agreed and executed to deliver improved results.-Definition of objectives, scope and work gantt in ETL projects in Oracle, SAP MDM and AWS and Data Analysis and Visualization projects (Power BI, SAS), and Artificial Intelligence. -Planning and tracking of project timelines, milestones and deliverables using appropriate tools (e.g: Trello, Redmine, Ms. Project), providing updates about the development of Architecture and data science teams. -Ensuring the timely delivery and integration of strategically significant Data and Analytics originated products, tools and solutions with agile methodologies like Kanban, Scrum, and Kaizen.-Proactively managing changes in project scope, identifying, maintaining and reviewing the goals, thus ensuring risk is assessed and monitored on an ongoing basis and issues are escalated effectively and resolved. -Coordinating activities and dependencies within and across the projects assigned through detailed project planning, identifying external dependencies on other activities within the wider program, or environments; like ministries, secretaries, suppliers, and others. -Ensuring robust and effective governance to standards, control and reporting is maintained for the project.-Effectively communicating project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.-Delivering timely, accurate regular reporting to stakeholders and third parties, as agreed, including report up to Chief Data Officer level.
