The World is my home. I like to get to know other places, cultures and essentially people.I have the desire of working alongside people who I can empower and grow with. In the month of June 2019 I concluded the degree in Tourism and Tourism Business Management at the Universidade Lusófona do Porto.I did an internship at Intercontinental Hotel Porto - Portugal (August to December 2019), where I trained several skills in the Front Office, namely: Guest Relations, Front-Desk (Opera PMS), Concierge, among others.During my academic training, I developed in parallel several "Soft Skills", which I considered important and relevant for my future: Coaching, Neurolinguistic Programming, Motivation and Leadership of high performance teams, Public Speaking, among others.During school breaks, I attended several international language schools (Paris, London, Rome, Munich and Berlin), where I trained and certified the languages,English (C2),French (B1),Italian (A2),German (A2),Spanish (B1).In May 2021 I completed the International Master in Hotel Management at the Swiss Hotel Management School, in Caux, Switzerland.Of the various disciplines of the course I highlight:- Food and Beverage Management- Front Office and Rooms Division Management- Events and Banqueting Management- Marketing Management- Wine and Beverage Management- Strategic Revenue and Financial Management- Current Trends in Hospitality- Developing Business Leadership SkillsIn May 2021 I started my professional life with a gratifying experience at Quinta de Santo Antonio Coutry House & Villas during the 4 months of summer as a receptionist.Between November 2021 and March 2022 I worked at Clínica Gondomédica where I experienced the whole back office environment of a medical clinic, organizing documents, checking and reconciling documents and accounting.In March 2022 I was invited for a 3 months experience in the automotive hospitality industry as a junior consultant at Porche Porto.In June 2022 I joined the team at the One Shot Porto Aliados Goldsmith Hotel with the category of Main Receptionist.In January 2023 I decided to switch to a different field and put myself to the test with a new experience away from my comfort zone. I have undertaken the management of a new project inside Pentagono XXI Group with the opening of a new branch of Decisões e Soluções 360º in Gondomar, with services in the areas of Real Estate, Credit Brokerage and Insurance Brokerage.My willingness to learn is enormous, and the commitment and dedication will be proportional.
