Managing a team of web graphic designers, it's my job to provide direction, instructions and guidance to the team, for the purpose of achieving a certain goal. My responsibilities mainly involves; developing a strategy the team will use to reach its goal; providing any training that team members need; monitor and improve the team's workload and efficiency; managing the flow of day-to-day operations; working on the team's tasks that spans from the easier ones to the more complex tasks; solving any issues that arises; maintain healthy group dynamics; providing status reports of the whole team; improving any process that needs to be updated to make it easier ​for the team to operate; and many more tasks that involves the company's growth. Working as a lead website package associate for a tech company (based in California) that provides fundraising software to help non-profit organizations raise their funds using their online presence. Part of my responsibilities as the lead associate is to manage my whole team on creating websites, creating various training materials and process documentation, modifying domain name settings, and troubleshooting all issues that arise involving my other tasks. Personally, I've created hundreds of websites for non-profit organizations all around the world from when I first started in this role, until when I got the position of design team lead.

This was during my last semester of college. I was still waiting for my graduation ceremony to be done in May 2016 and I didn't have any classes left during that time. Since I was vacant, I applied to one of the top events management firm in the northern part of the Philippines as a layout artist and got hired right away. My job is to create wedding albums, guest books, CD Covers, invitations, menu cards, thank you cards, backdrops, tarpaulins and any graphic artworks you see in any kinds of events. Aside from weddings, I also design layouts for debuts, kiddie parties, birthdays, corporate events, and anniversaries.
