Perform construction management and engineering assignments of a varied nature requiring a full working knowledge of construction engineering practices with special focus in heavy industrial construction. Exercise professional judgment within the framework of broad guidelines provided by superiors. Provide direction, process and procedures to less experienced field engineers and construction office clerical personnel in order to streamline office management workflow. Execute walk-down activities, while accountable for assuring quality of installation. Develop work plans, order required materials, and resolve installation issues. Perform inspections and documentation of all work in progress. Provide technical assistance to the General Foreman and craft.
