• Led a team in planning the transformation of the assembly unit to be compatible with a new PSA platform by studying equipment capabilities, resulting in a total investment of 12M€ in equipment• Evaluated KPIs in General Assembly such as hours per vehicle, DST, DSTR, assessing product assembly sequence, insourcing and outsourcing components to determine the maximal size of the workforce to achieve a cost per unit <1000 €

• Completed training as a manufacturing engineer and undertook activities such as studying process capability, developing specifications for equipment, manipulators and tooling. Led development of an exhaust manipulator for under 2k€• Revamped the Process Failure Mode & Effect Analysis process by introducing new metrics, coached team members and tracked new KPI's leading the plant to accomplish Build In Quality 4 by the end of 2017
