Evaluate and Train NATO and Coalition partners

Responsible for the development of Department of Defense (DoD)/Army Defensive Cyber Countermeasures, threat/vulnerability analysis and trending, capability gap analysis and operational assessment. Contributes to the development of analytics for Cyber Threat detection and isolation and the planning and execution of Defensive Cyberspace operations-Internal Defensive measures (DCO-IDM). Provides expertise and coordination related to supported Combatant Commands (CCMD) and Cyber Partners. Works collaboratively with Intelligence analysts to support Cyber Protection Team (CPT) Missions. Identifies significant cyber threat trends and proposes new or revised analytical efforts to support efforts to alert key leaders to the developments. Integrates information from defensive and offensive operations and generates requirements to mitigate or remediate new and emerging threats to DoD and Army networks. Investigates, analyzes and develops in-depth assessments on issues of concern to leadership.

Managed team resources, to implement and improve information security posture leveraging Vulnerability Assessment tools such as Security Onion, McAffee ePO, Nessus/ACAS, SCCM, and powershell, bash and python scripting automation. Coordinated and Oversaw Social Engineering attacks including penetration testing, Phishing,and Red Teaming. Conducted wireless audits and site surveys, using yellow jacket. Developed and unit Information Security policy and operating procedures for Battle Command Sytems.

Systems integration, management, and security maintenance of Tactical C4ISR systems ABCS (Army Battle Command Servers) and BCCS servers running NETAPP FAS, VMware 5 ESXI hardware.Implemented Active Directory Forests with MS 2008, DFS, DNS. Designed internetworking implementations and maintained Collaboration services via Tandberg VTC, Adobe Connect, MS Exchange, MS Sharepoint, and OpenFire XMPP server. Systems management, scanning and updating were accomplished by implementing SCOM, WSUS, SCCM. KALI, ACAS Vulnerability Scanning Suite (NESSUS), HBSS (McAffee Agent Framework). Support Logistics Automations and Satellite Communications platforms.I managed L3 VSAT (Very Small Aperture Terminal) Satellite Terminals, Fortress Outdoor 2.4Ghz/5Ghz wireless mesh bridges utilizing Fortress/WDS implementing FIPS/ MAC whitelisting, Netscreen 5g firewalls and Omni/Directional Antennas. During Flight school I voluntarily assisted in the G6 office implementing new Video Teleconferencing Systems such as Tandberg and Polycom, both fixed (integrated into existing Audio Visual Conference room system) and Standalone (wheeled mobile units); Built, configuring and installing systems to work with IP/ISDN (DSN & Commercial) and integrating into Media Wall and multi-projector AV wall and component rack.
