Contract, Budget & Project oversight manager for Transbank´s GST, the managing unit of the IT outsourcing contract for Transbank, Redbanc & Nexus, the companies that hold the acquiring and authorizing roles of debit and credit card transactions in Chile.• Led the design and implementation of the financial management controls between Transbank, Redbanc and Nexus, essential to the objective of a harmonious governance model between dissimilar companies, obtaining positive reviews from the regulator, CEO´s and their Boards.• Management of the DXC outsourcing contract and negotiation of its extension, including the design and implementation of service quality controls and KPI´s, facilitating the visibility of service performance issues and obtaining improvements in coverage and service quality, with indicators near 100%.• Directed the selection and infrastructure implementation project for the 2nd Tier III data center (power, cabling, racks, and networking), which achieved a successful project delivered in time, scope and budget, facilitating the 2nd and final phase of data center migration. This project was executed while transaction volume grew 600%.• Conducted a thorough revision of the internal IT infrastructure for Transbank which had stability, security and availability problems, to then take charge of its architecture redesign and management, turning into a stable, highly available, modern, self-service and secure platform based on the Zero Trust principle.
