My 25+ years experience as an architect and RICS chartered project manager, with extensive international exposure in real estate development, design and project & construction management is a valuable asset for any Real Estate investment. The global perspective acquired by developing projects in multiple geographies, thorough understanding of a project’s life cycle, from the feasibility analysis to the operational phase, enables me to provide informed and accurate solutions to strategic issues.Such ability comes from years of experience in complex projects covering a diverse range of types including residential, student accommodation, retail, offices, master planning, hospitality, leisure and sanitary. For the past twenty years I have developed my career in prime international investment, development and consultancy firms such as Hines, Round Hill Capital, Bovis Lend Lease and Hill International; at different times in my career, I have set up two consultancy firms – Laqant Ltd in the UK and Rose Project Services Spain, both providing development and project management and consultancy services.I have led and completed multiple development projects from inception, managing key stakeholders – financing entities and equity partners, planning authorities, developers, designers, specialist consultants, contractors, agents, tenants and end users – working with large and complex teams involving a wide range of consultancy and construction firms and having the responsibility to define the projects’ brief, negotiate and agree the terms of engagement, supervise and oversee the timely delivery of services according to the quality requirements and budget constraints of the projects, always protecting the investment and exploring value enhancing possibilities.A sound business criteria and outstanding people management skills allow me to lead multicultural relationships aligning diverse business interests and preventing potential conflicts.
