Ingeniero Técnico Industrial formado en metodología Lean, con experiencia en SAP Y otros ERPs. Con probada capacidad de liderar equipos y proyectos, y más de 10 años a cargo de coordinar la logística y suministro para proyectos en diferentes países. En los últimos años parte de mis responsabilidades y atención ha estado en diseñar, implementar y supervisar procedimientos (SOPs) y policies. Me apasiona la logística en general y en particular el supply y la gerencia. Flexible y comprometido, formo y lidero mis equipos de forma eficiente y rentable, creando a la vez un buen y agradable entorno laboral.I am a technical mechanical engineer with good working knowledge of Lean Management and extensive experience in managing teams and projects; with more than 10 years being in charge of logistic teams to support medical activities in projects in different countries and in challenging circumstances. Over the past years creating and implementing policies and SOP’s formed the larger part of my focus and responsibilities. My true passion lies within logistics in general and in management specifically. I am flexible and committed and I manage my teams in a way that proved to be efficient and profitable at the same time creating good and pleasant working environments.
