I utilize advanced data analysis techniques and performance metrics derived from Tableau, Power BI and Excel, among others to pinpoint areas for enhancement and drive operational excellence. In addition, I develop and execute tailored training programs to enhance staff competencies and cultivate a culture of continuous improvement.In my role, I collaborate seamlessly with interdisciplinary teams to implement corrective actions and optimize patient care outcomes. I also demonstrate unwavering leadership in fostering a culture of patient safety, quality care delivery, and excellence in clinical practice, integrating data-driven insights for informed decision-making.
