I’m working on setting up a business in an attempt to have a meaningful impact in the food sector.To this end, some actions I’ve taken part in:- Google Activate training: Digital Marketing and Entrepreneurship.- ESPOBAN (Business Angels Network for Spain and Portugal) training.- Master’s degree in Entrepreneurship.- V Edition European Coworking Programme (5 weeks in Republikken, a Coworking space in Copenhagen)- Exchange of 3 months in the UTS (University of Technology Sydney), Australia, with the objective of getting first-hand experience in the food business.- Participating in Erasmus for Young Entrepreneurs Programme (6 weeks) to get first-hand experience and work on the financials and logistics.After rethinking and changing the business idea to an educational project, I have completed the master's degree in management and innovation in food culture (MasterÑam) and, since February 2023, I'm in the Incubazul project acceleration program.

- Business strategy: advice on topics from legal to HR, entrepreneurship and innovation- Analysis of requirements to operate in Spain- Business plan development

Indigenous Peoples' Advocacy- Strategic work:* Creation of a detailed work-plan for the FAO focal point unit on indigenous peoples for 2016.* Assistance in the finalization of the FAO “Free, Prior and Informed Consent Manual for Project and Programme Implementation”.* Draft of speeches, concept notes and meeting summaries.* Assistance in financial budgets, project development, and preparation of materials for review in meetings.- Coordination work:* Coordination of various Working Groups on Indigenous Peoples issues (Interdepartmental in FAO and UN Inter-Agency Support Group) and coordination of FAO participation in the United Nations Permanent Forum on Indigenous Issues in 2016.* Organisation of a series of workshops related to Indigenous Food Systems, Agroecology and the Voluntary Guidelines on the Responsible Governance of Tenure (February 2015) and Food Security Indicators (May 2015), and advocacy events.* Created an internal procedure document to facilitate the organization of future events.* Team HR duties: Coordination and interviews for the incorporation of new members in the team.* Preparation of Letters of Agreement between FAO and other nonprofit organizations.- Communication Work:* Communication of FAO’s work with indigenous peoples including the creation, design and delivery of the FAO Webpage on Indigenous Peoples.During 2015, also worked as focal point in the International Year of Soils Secretariat (description below)

2015 International Year of Soils (IYS) Secretariat- Strategic work:* Representation of FAO in the “We Feed the Planet” event in the context of EXPO Milano 2015, with the organization of a public lecture on soils.* Preparation of FAO senior manager’s speeches and elaboration of presentations related to the IYS.* Preparation of reports necessary to the FAO Governing bodies on the achievements of the IYS, as well as elaboration and edition of FAO concept notes and other strategic documents related to the IYS.- Coordination work:* Coordination of the IYS Steering Committee, involving FAO Member Countries, Private Sector, Civil Society and Academia; with the Special Ambassadors for the IYS of the activities undertaken during the year and with different FAO divisions involved in the IYS activities.* Organization of events to promote the IYS at a global level, including a side event during the Committee on World Food Security, and the celebration in FAO Headquarters of the World Soil Day.* Establishment of agreements between FAO and other stakeholders to promote the IYS globally.- Communication work:* Management of the IYS email account, giving advice and liaising with the appropriate technical units within FAO as per the requirements of each communication.

* Assistance to the role of Spain as the European Union Focal Point for the 'Principles for Responsible Investment in Agriculture and Food Systems' endorsement process.* Formulation of press releases and preparation of briefings to the Capital regarding a wide variety of technical issues.* Elaboration of reports about the Spanish performance in relation to FAO and the WFP.
