About Francisco Santos

I have enough experience in the laboratory in microbiological testing of food and water. I also developed skills in the quality systems, in more depth in HACCP. Because of my passion,the beer and the industrial process, it has led me recently to study and take a master in brewing and distilling.-Very good Knowledge of the Brewing Process:studied the total process from cereals and malting, fermentation and maturation through to filtration, packaging and production management ;-Good knowledge of biology with very good laboratory skills and disciplines;-Diploma of English :First Certificate in English (FCE) Cambridge Level 3;-Good Knowledge of:Implementation of HACCP systems,Iso 22000:2005-Management of Food Safety and Integrated Systems of Quality,Environmental and Safety at Work.
