Focusing on our consumers, I have created new data-analysis strategies, changing the way we view them and hence promoting decisions such as the complete redefinition of our marketing tactics. I’ve created and implemented a new customer segmentation model, based on the value of our clients, which is now an important part of the company strategy, and has been validated by an international consulting firm: Hermes.Another model I’ve developed is a new method for targeting potential new customers, maximizing the value of the investment in attaining new prospects. Increasing our industry awareness, I produce a quarterly benchmark report measuring important KPIs such as risk rates, financial earnings, loans, expenses among others.On a daily basis, I’m in charge of delivering key information to our decision makers, creating reports and studies to further the understanding of our customers and generating value for them and the company. Among the tools I’ve learned to use are SQL Server, Qlikview, and SAS Guide, along a strong development of my Microsoft Office skills (Excel and PowerPoint mainly).

I worked alongside representatives from some of the biggest companies in the world in the airlines industry, such as Zodiac, B.E, Airbus and Boeing. I coordinated the Marketing, Maintenance and Projects departments towards a common goal, aligning different views, in order to define every aspect of the interior design of the company's aircraft, from tapestries to lavatories, while complying with the industry's regulations and corporate standards. I participated in the definition of the new LATAM corporate aircraft image, now implemented on the airline’s newer airplanes.

I was part of one of the biggest projects ever attempted in the company: The migration of the whole reservations and ticketing systems. This enormous endeavor required the direct cooperation of over two hundred people, both internal and external. I was in charge of designing the cut-over plan, taking into account the needs of almost every department in the company: Operations, Commercial Planning, IT, Revenue Management, among others. My work also considered coordinating the efforts of our systems suppliers, which came from a variety of countries and backgrounds, and our partner airlines as well. The cut-over was a success, minimizing the impact on our customer and stakeholders.

Given the small size of the company, the Product Manager position involved a lot of activities, such as Website management, logistics, product development and the discovery of new business lines. I planned and implemented an alliance with one of Chile’s major retailers: Cencosud, which allowed us to put inside some of the Jumbo supermarkets points of purchase and delivery of our products. I also developed the corporate sales line, creating tailor made products for corporate events like calendars, notebooks, among others. I was in charge of customer relationship management, structuring a new complaint management protocol.
