About Francisco Pereda

Operational Excellence Leader, Industrial Engineer by degree with more than 24 years of experience working for World Class Companies. I have trained, developed and managed lean practitioners, based on Toyota Production System and Danaher, conducted hundreds of continuous improvement projects using kaizen methodology and Lean/Sigma fundamentals to improve Safety, Quality, Delivery, Productivity and Working Capital. I have international experience advising on the lean journey as a partner consultant in China, Germany, US and Mexico In my role as corporate Director, I oversee the CI program in a multi-site operation and work together with the regional VP's and local managers to define the strategy, goal setting, training needs, facilitation and follow-up. Certified as Lean-Sigma practitioner by the TBM Institute and trained as Black belt Six Sigma.
