In the process there was the need to implement a cost accounting model to obtain the KPI’s by client, legal area, team and lawyer.• New IT system implementation – Project leader of the implementation of a new integrates IT system (ERP). The feedback from the most relevant Lifestyle and Food Media was sensational and generated a very significant coverage of Koni Store’s arrival in Portugal. • Restaurant Operation – Definition and implementation of operational processes in both the kitchen and in the waitering service in order to achieve the service standards defined for the brand.
