Although I reside in Barcelona, my professional activity is developed as much in Barcelona as in Madrid and Paris where AGM also have offices. My work is focused in advice to companies and institutions in Corporate Finance and Commercial Law (national and international). I also coordinate the group of Investment and M&A of AGM Lawyers. I have a long history in M&A and M&A distress operations in which I have excelled in my ability to manage risks and multidisciplinary projects. I consider myself an expert in foreign investments in Spain and abroad, as I have participated in numerous operations of this type, in which I have advised national and international companies.I’m author of diverse books and publications of technical character as for example: The General Plan of Accounting (Editorial EINIA), Consolidation of accounting (Editorial CEAC), The introduction of the Euro (Economist & Jurist), Guide for the Franchising (Chamber of Commerce in Barcelona), The evolution of the types of interest in Spain (Economist & Jurist).
